Hi, i have buy a second hand condominium in kepong area & the purchase is almost done, which this week is going get the key.
Anyway, i wondering that i have only visit to this house on the time when i take the offer. That house was still lending to a 3rd parties while i am doing the loan application & legal matters. So i unable know the current situation for this house.
So my question is, if the house is found some damages on wall, door, window or toilet, what should i do?
2. All these is responsible of vendor, or is buyer's duties?
3. Vendor should have hold the rental deposit for the house damages, but how about vendor didnt do the repair?
3. What are my right before or after i get the key & completed the purchase?
4. Whether i got right to ask my lawyer hold the last payment until i satisfied with house situation
5. if i need incurred a huge cost on repairing these
damages, can i still able claim from the vendor for
these cost incurred?
