Hi, i'm interested in buying a property in Selangor. But i have my previous loan being paid monthly through AKPK. Thus this payback program will be completed end of next year. Can I get loan arrangement to buy a house from any financial institution. Please assist, Thank you.

Hello, I was informed by a mortgage broker that it is generally difficult to get a loan until clearance. However, he claims that certain bank might still grant you a loan.
