Hi,could you advise if there are any agents who sell house with commission of 1 or 2%?House bought in February 2004.
Public bank loan lock in period is over.
Bank valuation - RM 420.00 including renovation

    My house based in Puchong Utama (PU 2)..
    The last i check the valuation in january 2011, it was exceeding 380.. but i am planing to sell it for 420..
