If you are a buyer you will have to be prepared to pay the following:-
1% on first RM150,000 for S&P
1% for Loan/Facility Agreement
Other miscellaneous charges such as private caveat,title searches, travelling etc.

Also as a buyer of property with title deed, you need to pay stamp duty for the purchase. 1% for the first RM100,000 and 2% for the next RM400,000.
