I am Malaysian but now living in United Kingdom. I would like to buy a house in Malaysia with help of housing loan from a Bank. What is procedure for Malaysian living in overseas to buy a property in Malaysia?

As far as your are Malaysian and working or living oversea, you have to provide your earning record to apply for housing loan. The procedures are quite the same as local Malaysian but probably you may not get higher loan margin. Read More

Dear Mrs. Bhavani, The procedure of buying a house in Malaysia is the same for all Malaysians irrespective of their place of residence. If you are depending on a bank loan in Malaysia, then you have to provide sufficient documents on your income and finances to show that you are capable of paying back the bank loan by monthly installment basis.
