My tenancy aggrement was signed at for 1+1 and how much commision do i actually have to pay the agent?

Actually tenancy agreement should be 2+1 and the agent fee is 1 month of the rental price. Read More

The Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia allows an agency to collect up to 1.25 months rental for tenancies from 1 to 3 years. Fees are subject to mutual agreement between Landlord and agent. Common market practice is 1 month's rental.
