What are the best or most prestigious areas of KUALA LUMPUR? Our wish is a condo/apartment in KL in a luxury building with full service which we can live in 3-5 months every year or two, and still be able to rent out when we are not going to be in residence. Our goal is to offer the condo as a fully decorated/furnished fully equipped, and fully staffed with maids/ houseman & driver/cook, etc., as a high-end short-term ultra-luxury rental aimed at relocating expats and/or US and UK business people in KL on assignment for 3 to 9 month assignments.

The best area suited for business people in KL are those around the KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Some of the existing prestigious projects are One KL (next to Mandarin Oriental Hotel)each unit has a pool the new project, Four Seasons which is yet to be launched. I particularly think the old Kirana Residences next to Ascott is also worth considering.
