Menara Centara is an exclusively designed high rise development situated in Chow Kit, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. This high rise business building development is by Fiamma Holdings Berhad. As a core business, Fiamma Holdings is actively involved in trading and services of electrical home appliances. Back in 2007, they ventured into property development when they acquired two parcels of commercial land in Kuala Lumpur and started the development of residential and commercial properties in Taman Kota Jaya in Kota Tinggi, Johor, soon after in 2008. Menara Centara is the 1st development project by Fiamma Holdings Berhad. The project started construction in 2013 and has been successfully completed in March 2015. Menara Centara is a 21 storey high rise building that comprises of 309 units that are available for purchase and rental. The tenure of each unit is freehold. 5 passenger lifts and 1 bomba lift are installed for convenience. Each unit is also furnished with restrooms and shower facilities. 6 levels of parking bays are available for the convenience of tenants and visitors alike. There is a bus station (KL70) near Menara Centara, which is a stone’s throw away. The Chow Kit Monorail Station is 600m away. Driving via cars or motorcycles are also easy with the ample parking space, however, due to Menara Centara’s location inside of Kuala Lumpur, traffic condition may be congested during rush hours in the morning and after work. Most of the major banks are also located near Menara Centara, such as Hong Leong Bank, Alliance Bank, Public Bank, Islamic Bank and J.P Morgan Chase Bank. Besides that, going to the heart of the city is a 10min drive away. There are many roads linking to various other business centres and offices. Restaurants and cafes are also available. Jalan Alor Night Food Court is only an 11-minute drive away. The size of each lot in Menara Centara ranges from 646 sq ft all the way to 1,277 sq ft. The launch price for each lot started from RM455,000. The current price for each lot ranges from RM499,400 to RM2,652,500, with an estimated rental price beginning from RM2,400 per unit. Fiamma Holdings Berhad is responsible for these other developments: Vida Heights @ Johor Bahru, East Parc @ Menjalara, and Taman Kota Jaya.
