Kahang is a small township that is located in the district of Kluang in the state of Johor. It is particularly known as the final stop before heading to the Endau Rompin National Park and it is located along the Malaysia Federal Route 50. Kahang is also famous for its restaurants that serve exotic foods that are from protected animals, including the meat of tigers.
The small township of Kahang has very low levels of accessibility due to the fact that there are close to no bus stops in the area. There are no train stations that connect to Kahang and because of this, it is highly recommended for the locals to have their own vehicles in order to get around town and to gain access to a wider range of amenities.

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (Cina) Kahang is the only secondary school available in Kahang.
There are a few grocery stores in Kahang that serve as a convenience for the locals to get their basic daily necessities and those grocery stores include 99 Speedmart, H&W Wow Enterprise RM2, Sundry Shop Chop Tan Kim Tor, 7-Eleven @ Taman Emas and Basar.
There are not shopping malls in Kahang, so the residents of Kahang will have to travel out of town in order to gain access to malls and to other various amenities.
There are also a few eateries located in Kahang that serve good food and those eateries include Tai Ah @ Kahang, Kahang Famous Roti Telur, Restaurant Good Luck, Kedai Kopi Yew, Suhai Food Corner and many more.
