At Mah Sing, we take pride in continuing our tradition of festive open houses, bringing together customers, partners and communities to celebrate the spirit of togetherness. The year 2024 was particularly meaningful for Mah Sing as we commemorate 30 years of excellence, a milestone that underscores our innovation, growth, and achievements in the property industry. In 2024, we successfully acquired six new lands, including notable projects such as M Aurora in Old Klang Road and M Grand Minori at Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru. Building on this momentum, we also acquired prime land for M Aria in Sentul earlier this year, further reinforcing our strategy to expand into high-growth areas, including the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, and Penang. Looking ahead, Mah Sing is poised for robust growth in this year, with a strategic focus on our core residential property segment while also leveraging opportunities in industrial developments, data centers and manufacturing.”
