Its’ fourth residential phase, Dianthus serviced residences successfully completed a list of green requirements, which was subsequently verified and approved by GBI appointed consultants. This includes the Group’s ongoing commitment to embed green features in its developments with the aim to reduce environment impact.

Green Building Index (“GBI”) is Malaysia’s first comprehensive rating system in assessing the environmentally friendly elements of a building, community or factory in design and operation. Introduced in January 2009, the green rating tool was designed for the Malaysian tropical climate taking into account environmental concerns, and the country’s social, cultural, and developmental contexts. Tropicana Indah has achieved six GBI-rated developments namely – Tropicana Gardens Arnica, Bayberry, Cyperus, Dianthus, Tropicana Gardens Mall & Office Tower. To achieve this GBI Silver rating certification for the completion and verification assessment of Tropicana Gardens Dianthus Serviced Residences, the development was built according to these green building standards:
