Bukit Ledang is located in Damansara Heights. Damansara Heights is an affluent suburb in western Kuala Lumpur. It is a rather peaceful area as Damansara Heights is not as highly-concentrated as the city. Bukit Ledang mainly caters to the upper class or those who want a luxurious living space. This is because of the rapid development of both commercial and residential buildings causing the cost of living in Damansara Heights to be high.  Bukit Ledang is just minutes away from the city centre. Along Jalan Duta, the area is immediately connected to other major roads like the Sprint Expressway, Jalan Ipoh and Jalan Kuching. The City centre is accessible via Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim and Jalan Parlimen. This in turn gives its residents numerous amenity options in just one connecting drive through. Parks located nearby are Bukit Bandaraya Park, TTDI Park, Bukit Jalil Recreational Park and Lake Gardens Kuala Lumpur (Botanical Gardens) where residents can tourists can spend their time jogging, cycling or even walking just to enjoy the beauty of being surrounded by nature.

Education wise parents do not have to worry as Bukit Ledang is home to a number of local public schools following the national curriculum in both primary and secondary education. Some of the schools are Stella Maris School Medan Damansara, Cempaka International School Damansara Heights, Alice Smith School – Primary Campus, SK Bukit Damansara and SMK Convent Bukit Nanas.
