DC Residensi is part of the 8.5-acre freehold Damansara City transit-oriented (TOD) development by GuocoLand Malaysia. It is located in Damansara Heights, one of the affluent communities in Kuala Lumpur.

Subsequently in October 2019, they launched GuocoLand Malaysia’s BEST campaign, which offered an 11-day cruise trip in Alaska and other rewards worth a total of RM250,000. It ran from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2019.
