Pantai Hillpark is located near the residential enclaves of Bangsar South and Bukit Pantai. This hilltop residence is considered as one of the great successes of property development in the Klang Valley.
The Parque Residences is a 15 and 20-storey, 6-tower resort-style condominium that houses a total of 1088 units in Eco Sanctuary. The Parque is the township’s first highrise and the latest addition to the family of landed residential units it is now showcasing.
The Parque is built over 27 acres where 12 acres are reserved for landscaped greenery. In the middle of the 6 towers is its own residents-only clubhouse. The development is expected to be ready in 2019.
Apart from offering a highrise experience replete with modern-day luxury intertwined with the best that nature can offer, The Parque also offers 7 different layout plans (each with its own variations) over 8 differing floor spaces and built-ups. This gives owners a sense of individuality and exclusivity over their units as almost every few units is made different from the other in one aspect or two.
The Parque’s design concept is in keeping with the eco-themed Eco Sanctuary, the 308.72-acre township by Eco World Development Group Bhd. It is sandwiched between ILM Land’s 1,879-acre Bandar Rimbayu and Tropicana Corp Bhd’s 860-acre Tropicana Aman in Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat.

Project Details
Eco Sanctuary, in which The Parque Residences is cradled, is designed to be a tranquil haven replete with cascading terraces, flowing brooks, and verdant landscaping and forests. With the Sustainability and Health Empowered Lifestyle masterplan in place, this 308-acre, eco-themed township development offers the ideal environment in which to nurture a sustainable and rejuvenating lifestyle that is at once modern yet close to nature.
Connected to five major highways like KESAS, LKSA, ELITE, SKVE and West Coast Expressway, with many major trunk roads in between and new ones being planned, accessibility doesn’t come into question.
The site location of The Parque is shown by a red arrow. Monterey Semi Ds and bungalows, and Terraza terraces are also shown in their respective parcels. Click on the links provided at the end of the Intro section above to read more about them
The Parque Residences
The Parque is 1088 units of different sized units in various layouts in 6 different height towers named A, B, C D, E and F built over 27 acres of land in the 308-acre Eco Sanctuary.
Briefly, Tower A has 20 floors, Tower B: 20 floors, Tower C: 25 floors, Tower D: 15 floors, Tower E: 20 floors and Tower F has 20 floors. Currently only Towers A, B and C have been launched. The rest will be launched at a later date.
There are 8 different sizes to the units and 7 different types of units to choose from. Generally-speaking, they range from Studio apartments at 516sq ft to 1,388sq with 2+ 1 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with some bathrooms featuring a bathtub. Some units are Dual Key and Double-Volume (meaning double-height ceilings especially to the Living Area). Some of the variation Types feature a Private Garden as well.
Units come with deep balconies to provide stunning views of the surrounding lakes and parks. The Parque Residence is a low density development
Every tower features ALL the unit Types (see Intro section for more details) and each floor houses 8 to 10 units served by 4 lifts. The choice of which tower you wish to be in will depend on what you would like to look at: the forest view, the pool view and so on and so forth.
All come with 2 carparks with the exception of the Studio Unit which comes with one car park. If there is not enough parking given, more can be purchased.
Some of the units come with really innovative designs (keep an eye out for Type D 1,356sq ft below) and all bathrooms can accommodate a wheelchair. (This is demonstrated by the placement of a wheelchair in the showroom bathrooms).
Floor Plans of Type A, B, C, D, E, F and G and their Variations
Type A1 standard unit is 925sq ft and features 1+1 bedrooms + 1 bath. The rooms are thus, very large. A1a-P and A1b-P feature a Private Garden
Type A2 standard unit is 979sq ft and features 2 bedrooms + 1 bath + 1 bath with bathtub. The master bedroom is super large and of course, has the luxury of a bathtub
Type A3 standard unit is 925sq ft and features 2 bedrooms + 2 baths (no bathtub). A3a-P and A3b-P opens out to your Private Garden
Type B standard unit is 1,302sq ft and features 3 bedrooms + 2 baths (no bathtub). B2a-P and B2b-P feature a Private Garden while B1a and B1b as well as B1a-P and B1b-P feature BOTH Double Volume (very high ceilings like an upstairs ceiling) and a Private Garden.
Type C standard unit is 1,388sq ft, the biggest units by far and features 2+1 bedrooms + 1 bath + 1 bath with bathtub. C1a and C1b are Double Volume units
Type C2 as in C2a and C2b are Dual Key units as well as Double Volume. You can rent these types out. The units are 1,388sq ft, the biggest units by far
Type D is especially interesting. The standard unit is 1,356sq ft, almost as big as Type C. They feature 2+1 bedrooms + 2 baths (no bathtub). Type D1a and D1b are Double Volume units. But what’s really innovative is the dining and kitchen area. It is large and surrounded by glass and opens out to big airy windows and sunlight while also opening out to the living area through a sliding glass door. The door can remain opened or closed, depending. Cooking can be done in the kitchen and dished out onto the diners at the dining table within the glass enclosure. Type D2b is going for around RM954K (before discount)
Type E standard unit is 731sq ft and features 1 bedroom + 1 bath. The bedroom and bath are very spacious. Type E1a-P and E1b-P open out to your Private Garden
Type F standard unit is the smallest unit in The Parque and is a Studio Unit at 516sq ft. However, there are opportunities to make this unit bigger by letting the outside in through your Private Garden. Type F1a-P and F1b-P feature a Private Garden. A private garden is actually a huge balcony where you can do more than just place potted plants. You can have a veritable in-apartment lawn where you can put your green fingers to the test
Type G standard unit is 721sq ft and come with 1+1 Bedroom and 1 Bath. This means all the designated rooms are huge as you can see. Type G1a-P and G1b-P feature a Private Garden

Location
The Parque Residence is in Eco Sanctuary, a new township sandwiched in between 1,879-acre Bandar Rimbayu and 860-acre Tropicana Aman. Eco Sanctuary’s 308.72-acre parcel was acquired from Tropicana Corp.
All three above-mentioned townships is in what was formerly called Canal City, a 5,000-acre flood barrier tarn connected to both Sungai Klang and Muara Sungai Langat in Tanjung Dua Belas and Teluk Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat.
This was in the years prior to 2003. In the succeeding years, the area was restructured and sold and today, what one sees rising up from the vast expanses of flat land are three brand new, self-sustaining cities complete with residential, commercial, educational and other growth-supporting amenities.
Of course, the three townships are in their early stages of development and it will take sometime for population and commerce to thrive. Eco Sanctuary’s first homes are not due for completion until 2018 or so.
Here is a google satellite map showing the proximity of all 3 townships of Eco Sanctuary, Tropicana Aman and Bandar Rimbayu.
However, even though vibrancy and urbanisation is envisaged, the eco aspect of the development is given foremost priority. Eco Sanctuary, for example, has allocated more than 30% of the land area for nature preservation. They have been working with the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia to plant more than 1,000 trees and many more flowering and non-flowering plant species to create mature boulevards and parks, ready for residents’ delight, when they move in not too long from now.
Eco Sanctuary, as a township, will take 10 to 15 years to mature, so for the moment, all amenities, such as schooling, banking, medical, food and beverage, shopping, entertainment as well as recreation such as golfing (in two gold courses ̶ , can be found in Kota Kemuning (developed by Gamuda). Eco Sanctuary is around 8.2km to Kota Kemuning according to the google maps below.
There are, of course, other townships nearby, and they include Sime Darby’s Putra Heights 15.6km away, and LBS Bina Group’s fast-developing Bandar Saujana Putra, 8.1km away.
Getting To Kota Kemuning
The most straightforward way to go to and fro Eco Sanctuary, is through Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. If you use the KESAS Highway, slip off at Exit 5068 to Kota Kemuning. If you’re coming from elsewhere, there are, of course, other highways routes you can use.
If using the route through Kota Kemuning, you will arrive at the new Shah Alam section, just newly developing among rural land and plantations, called Section 29. After you pass this intersection, you will be guided the rest of the way by the many banners hung along the way.
The Section 29 signboard that marks the start of the route into Telok Panglima Garang where Eco Sanctuary is situated
The view of the traffic lights intersection at the Section 29 demarcation when emerging from Eco Sanctuary. From here you drive straight, and you will reach Kota Kemuning
Billboards, banners and signs to Eco Sanctuary are situated at strategic points all along the way. These were seen in Kota Kemuning itself
The road into Eco Sanctuary may seem endless but they are wide and mostly empty as you can see, giving you a very pleasant drive either way to and fro. The banners set up all the way serve as a reassuring guide that you are going in the right direction

Kota Kemuning Affluence and Maturity
Kota Kemuning is a bustling, affluent area demarcated into many sections, like Section 30, 31 and so on. They house all kinds of amenities such as primary and secondary schools, banks from Hong Leong to CIMB, large electronic stores like Onking, budget hotels like Orange, hospitals like Columbia Asia, educational Institutions like MIT, petrol stations, shopping areas and supermarkets like Hero and Gamuda Walk, food and beverage restaurants like Starbucks, Mac Donalds, PapaRich, Old Town White Coffee, Pizza Hut, Dominos, local food restaurants and coffeeshops, clinics, dentists, gyms, beauty salons and even golf courses such as Bukit Kemuning Golf and Country Resort and Kota Permai Golf and Country Club. Generally-speaking, Section 31’s Jalan Anggerik Vanilla and all its subroads in Kota Kemuning is where it’s all at, which explains its exceptional vibrancy. Take a look.
Here are some street views. There is plenty to eat and drink here in hot or cold form. Baskin Robbins is available here

Summary
As Eco World’s first luxury township in the Klang Valley, no leaf has been left unturned to ensure that Eco Sanctuary follows the group’s ethos of delivering ‘World Class Eco Living’.
And so it is with The Parque Residences, designed to be a plush, lush and exclusive haven, high up in the sky, for an alternative type of lifestyle apart from what is offered by the township’s landed properties.
Sure, it is not yet a booming community but everything has been put in place to ensure it becomes so in the future.
Eco Sanctuary’s chief advantage is its locality. The rest is inside the sanctuary itself which can be seen through its quality, spacious, intelligent homes, highrise or otherwise, surrounded by facilities, services and of course, the splendour of nature like cascading terraces, flowing brooks and a verdant landscaping and forests.
All these aspects work in concert to offer the ideal environment in which to nurture a sustainable and rejuvenating lifestyle for those who choose to live so.
If you are looking for a safe, secure, serene but contemporary, luxurious and eco-friendly haven to live your life and bring up your family while still maintaining the lifestyle that keeps your station in life, do keep in mind the green sanctum called Eco Sanctuary.
