Platinum Splendor Residence is a condominium project of leasehold title located in the centre of the city. It is a project that is welcomed for being affordably priced, despite its central location. The only drawback would be its higher than the norm density of 2000 units, housed within 3 blocks of 32 storeys. The price is however considered to be well worth the density with a launch price of RM300,000.
Buyers will have 7 types of units to choose from, with Type A of RM300,000 and a built-up of 882 sq ft being the RUMAWIP unit. There will be a total of 600 of these units, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The units that are not under the RUMAWIP program have a launch price starting from RM555,500. These are the Type B units that have built-ups starting from 926 sq ft with also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Platinum Splendour is a development that is touted for its location. It is located approximately only 4 kilometres away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre in the Jalan Semarak locale, and about 6 kilometres away from Ampang.
