Location
Arca is a centrally located development in Klang. It is sited within Taman Sentosa Perdana, and will enjoy seamless connectivity to the major highways of the southern part of Klang Valley. Only within metres of the development are the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), and the Pulau Indah Highway. Only 800 metres away from Arca will also be the future West Coast Expressway (WCE). The main access road to access all of these highways is Jalan Sungai Jati.
Shopping conveniences are within a stone’s throw of Arca as well, in Bandar Botanic. Residents will have a choice of MyMydin in Bandar Botanic, and in the neighbouring areas are also the Giant hypermarket on Jalan Kebun about 20 minutes away. There will be two choices of Aeon shopping malls in the either Bukit Raja or Bukit Tinggi, which the former is about 11 kilometres away and the latter about 7.6 kilometres. Other options of hypermarkets including NSK Trade City within walking distance at 900 metres by foot or 1.2 kilometres by car, and Tesco Extra Klang at about 6.5 kilometres.
Education facilities are also aplenty in the area for all ages. Within a 3-kilometre radius from Arca are SJKT Ladang Batu Ampat and SK Bukit Naga for primary schools, and SMK Kampung Jawa, SMK Raja Mahadi, SMK Sri Istana, SMJK Chung Hwa, Pin Hwa High School, Klang High School and the Hin Hua High School for secondary schools. Nearby institutions of higher education includes the Malaysia Science University, Al-Madinah International University and Terra College among others.
Klang is not lacking in medical facilities either. Within a short distance of Arca are several medical institutions of note, including the Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital, Salam Shah Alam Specialist Hospital, KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang and the Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre all without a 15-minute drive. Analysis
Arca in Klang is one of the lowest density developments in its area. The results of that is reflected in its price tag, which is nevertheless still rather affordable and attractive.

Summary
Arca at Klang is a highly debated project. It is desirable for its low density and affordable price tag, yet there are few who are concerned about the availability of only 2 lifts to a block and the safety issues surrounding the neighbourhood. Many are however taking the plunge, as they like the fact that the upcoming West Coast Expressway (WCE) interchange will be only a few hundred metres away.
