Cons
One downside about The Valley @ SkySierra is that the units there cost more than other existing developments within the vicinity, such as Kelompok Camar Apartment and Mahsuri Apartment. That said, the subject project is the newest housing development in the area for a very long time. Also, the other projects were completed decades ago and they’re currently in a poor state. In addition, The Valley @ SkySierra is located next to a sewage treatment plant, however, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has said that they plan to cover it in the next 5 years.
