Mah Sing Group Bhd acquired a 4.515-acre site that comes with approved development order for a residential development in Wangsa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur for RM61.97 million.

The project is named M Adora, and it will comprise two blocks of affordable housing with an estimated gross development value of RM378 million.

In Greek/Latin, Adora carries the meaning of a cherished gift or to be adored. M Adora provides the best of both worlds: tranquillity, and modern convenience, for all residents. The development is also fully equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and well-connected to major highways and nearby services.
