Seri Maya Condominium is said to have a good management, and that the property is well maintained. Some are of the opinion that it is one of the better developments by Tan n Tan developments.
The other huge advantage is that Seri Maya Condominium is next to the walkway connecting to the LRT station. One could hear the hustle and bustle of people going to the LRT every morning, which could pose as a disturbance to some.
Those who go for the low-cost building may not be able to enjoy the cityscape, depending on where the unit is located. Overall, Seri Maya is considered a good buy as it is both affordable and convenient.
Compared to other KLCC condominiums, units at Seri Maya are priced lower, and that’s one of the reasons it is such a hit among expatriates and young professionals.
Listings in PropertyGuru in February 2021 showed that the asking monthly rental for 1,325 sq ft units are approximately RM2,800, while purchase prices are from RM575,000 to RM720,000.
So, for units purchased at RM580,000, and rented out at RM2,800 per month, the gross rental yield would be 5.79% per annum.
Just like any property in a hot area, traffic congested can be an issue especially during peak hours. During times like these, walking or taking the LRT could save you a lot of time.
