Some opine that D’Erica Residences is better positioned compared to D’Cosmos Residences, D’Quince Residences, or D’Vervain Residences, as it’s slightly further away from the other 3 residences. The units facing the reserve forest are hotter picks based on units sold as indicated on the sales chart. There are also concerns about density. Collectively, D’Series will have about 3,900 units. Some compared it to OUG Parklane which has about 4,225 units.
D’Erica Residences definitely has location on its side. There are plenty of amenities within a 10- to 15-minute drive. Residents can also take a short walk to Empire City or Metropolitan Square. Priced from RM624,000, it is thought of as being affordable.
