There has been much buzz about the traffic near Suasana Lumayan Condominium. During peak hours, traffic will move by inches, and a long queue right up to the traffic light at the mosque junction is a norm.

The stretch of road along Suasana Lumayan Condominium also provides access to other condos on the same road, and there are usually cars parked on both sides of the road. So, this is a tale as old as time… for when an area becomes more popular and more developments arrive at the scene, traffic congestion is to be expected.

Alternatively, one could look at the area as a hot area, and that could also mean capital appreciation over the years.

Bandar Sri Permaisuri itself is a self-contained residential neighbourhood with its commercial components offering an array of amenities. Even prior to the launch of Suasana Lumayan Condominium, potential buyers were clamouring for a unit due to its affordable pricing. However, many who called in were delivered the disappointing news that units were already sold out.

As at February 2021, 1,142 sq ft unit is listed for sale from RM425,000 to RM530,000 on PropertyGuru. Bear in mind, the launch price was RM245,000. For units purchased at RM470,000, and rented out at RM1,400 per month, the gross rental yield would be 3.57% per annum.
