Bandar Putra Permai, is a township in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This township is located between Serdang and Putrajaya. It is located between Bandar Sunway and Bandar Kinrara. Bandar Putra Permai has grown into an area with plenty of commercial developments, consisting mostly of semi-detached shop-offices and condominiums. The 8,500 acre area was designated a township by the state government in 2002 and is separated from Kuala Lumpur by the 2,500-acre Ayer Hitam Forest reserve.
