Subang Heights is a gated and guarded residential neighbourhood located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This up-scale estate consists of only bungalow units and was developed by Berjaya Land in 2004. Subang Heights is divided into 2 parcels of bungalow houses, the East and the West. There are 115 units of bungalow lots on the East parcel and 231 units on the West parcel. The East side is a flat plot of land while the West side is set on undulating land.
