USJ 3D is a freehold residential estate which is part of the larger affluent USJ 3 neighbourhood located in USJ Selangor. The gated and guarded USJ 3D is developed by Sime UEP Properties Berhad and was completed in 2005. While the USJ 3 neighbourhood is a mixed residential development area, the USJ 3D component comprises bungalow houses. It is located in between USJ 4, USJ 12 and USJ Heights.
