UNIO Residence is a leasehold service residence located at Jalan Kepong, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. In relation to the different unit size on sale, the price can hike up to as much as RM 1.2 million. The price ranges from RM 617 to RM 635 per square feet. Akibee Group started out as a timber factory and only move to real estate development in the 1990s thus there is only limited number of property projects under this developer which are Pearl Suria and Pearl Point Condominium.
