Gamuda Land launched Joya in August 2019 featuring double-storey superlink terrace houses that come with two lot sizes to choose from. Units here are priced from RM940,000 onwards.
Enso Woods is located in Gamuda Cove, just 10 minutes from Cyberjaya. Developed by Gamuda Land, Enso Woods is designed for a post-pandemic lifestyle, offering spaciousness, and double volume heights. Gamuda Cove itself offers an array of lifestyle, entertainment and commercial initiatives. These are set to deliver more value to properties in the township, and also be a growth catalyst for the project and surrounding communities.
Thus, Enso Woods’ residents will enjoy amenities and easy access to Gamuda Cove’s 23-acre Discovery Park, 60-acre Central Park, 1,111-acre Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Forest Park, Townsquare, and Splashmania (Asia’s largest rainforest water theme park) which is to be completed by 2022.
Spread over a 38-acre tract in Gamuda Cove, Enso Woods has a gross development value (GDV) of RM350 million. It comprises 454 units of two- and three-storey terraced homes. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024, and it will have 2 phases – Phase 1 (203 units; GDV: RM150 million) and Phase 2 (251 units; GDV: RM200 million).
The project received an overwhelming response from the public. The opening weekend saw the first batch of 100 homes selling fast, and recording full uptake. This strong market response highlights continuing demand for residential property in strategic hotspots.

Project Details
The first phase of Enso Woods comprises 203 units of 2- and 3-storey garden terrace homes. Enso Woods’ garden terrace homes are envisioned as sanctuaries from the outside world. The houses fit right into the new norm of post-pandemic lifestyle. It offers flexible, open layouts to provide residents with the versatility to live, work and play at home with ease.
Therefore, Enso Woods’ design boosts visual expansion to promote feelings of freedom even under lockdown. Enso Woods is inspired by the concept of danshari, which means “declutter” in Japanese, and features minimalist aesthetics.
These post-pandemic houses are designed using an open plan concept, which allows an expansion of space. The ground floors are spacious and come with storage space to minimise clutter. These houses also feature double volume spaces with 6.4m high ceilings, which better enable natural light and ventilation.
The developer will also build a community pavilion in Enso Woods. It is a work-near-home collaborative space for residents. The 2-storey pavilion has a gross floor area of 8,000 sq ft, and will comprise a meeting/dining room, cascade seating, working pods, leisure and working desks, and a community farming zone. Enso Woods and the community pavilion are slated for completion in 2024.
Units at Enso Woods have lot sizes from 20′ x 65′ to 34′ x 60′, while built-ups are from 1,731 sq ft o 2,956 sq ft, with 3- to 5-bedroom layouts. All intermediate and corner units come with a private green terrace/garden of up to 80 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft respectively. Some of the 3-storey units have a 195 sq ft rooftop terrace.
Enso Woods is a gated and guarded community with high perimeter fencing, CCTV surveillance, radio-frequency identification (RFID) access, a double boom gate, and security patrol. The maintenance fee is 15 sen psf per month, while selling prices at Enso Woods start from RM580,000.
Location
Enso Woods is accessible via the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway, and Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP). The developer is also constructing an interchange to link Gamuda Cove to Cyberjaya, which will shorten travel between the locations to 2km. It is scheduled for completion in 2022.
Location wise, Enso Woods @ Gamuda Cove is near Mitsui Outlet Park, D’Pulze Shopping Centre, MAHSA University, Xiamen University Malaysia, UiTM Dengkil, and next to the Kuala Langat North Forest Reserve. Analysis
According to the developer, Enso Woods is targeted at owner-occupiers, including first-time homebuyers, young families, and multi-generational families. Many of the project’s features and minimalist themes are designed to resonate with the younger demographic post-pandemic.
They also note that the main challenge has been the various Movement Control Orders (MCO). These lockdowns pose logistical problems in the development and delivery of construction activities. This does not just apply for Enso Woods, but also the rest of the developer’s projects.
Regardless, this has driven demand among buyers who seek homes to live in amid lockdowns and for communities, where everything is within easy reach due to movement restrictions. The developer is committed to developing Enso Woods in a vibrant and self-sustaining township ecosystem.
