The first phase of Enso Woods comprises 203 units of 2- and 3-storey garden terrace homes. Enso Woods’ garden terrace homes are envisioned as sanctuaries from the outside world. The houses fit right into the new norm of post-pandemic lifestyle. It offers flexible, open layouts to provide residents with the versatility to live, work and play at home with ease.


Therefore, Enso Woods’ design boosts visual expansion to promote feelings of freedom even under lockdown. Enso Woods is inspired by the concept of danshari, which means “declutter” in Japanese, and features minimalist aesthetics.

These post-pandemic houses are designed using an open plan concept, which allows an expansion of space. The ground floors are spacious and come with storage space to minimise clutter. These houses also feature double volume spaces with 6.4m high ceilings, which better enable natural light and ventilation.

The developer will also build a community pavilion in Enso Woods. It is a work-near-home collaborative space for residents. The 2-storey pavilion has a gross floor area of 8,000 sq ft, and will comprise a meeting/dining room, cascade seating, working pods, leisure and working desks, and a community farming zone. Enso Woods and the community pavilion are slated for completion in 2024.


Units at Enso Woods have lot sizes from 20′ x 65′ to 34′ x 60′, while built-ups are from 1,731 sq ft o 2,956 sq ft, with 3- to 5-bedroom layouts. All intermediate and corner units come with a private green terrace/garden of up to 80 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft respectively. Some of the 3-storey units have a 195 sq ft rooftop terrace.
