Unveiled in September 2018, the 1,530-acre township of Gamuda Cove is Gamuda Land’s development in Southern Klang Valley. Just like the other projects by Gamuda Land, Gamuda Cove is mindfully master-planned, and designed amidst tropical-inspired landscapes.

The township features lush greeneries with a 60-acre Central Park with 3 lakes, and an entertainment hub called Discovery Park, which is located across the Gamuda Cove Experience Gallery. The 23-acre Discovery Park will host several unique attractions and experiential activities. They include the Rainbow City, inspired by Taiwan’s Rainbow Village with a Malaysian twist, the first in South East Asia Cove Aerobar, ArcHIVE food hall, and the first in Malaysia Barsa Pool Club with Malaysia’s largest saltwater pool. Smart elements such as high-speed telecommunications, smart parking feature using gadget to identify parking spaces, and smart security systems, create a safe haven for its residents. The development is also planned with a tram system, connecting the key nodes of the commercial zones.

Gamuda Cove is set to be Malaysia’ Maxis-enabled 5G township, where homes and public spaces will be equipped with smart features and advanced technologies.
