Cahaya Alam is a freehold mixed development township situated in Shah Alam, Selangor. The township is developed by public listed Encorp Berhad. Cahaya Alam sits on a plot of 209 acres. There is a mixture of 2-3 storey terrace houses with various built up in Cahaya Alam. At the time of writing, Cahaya Alam is still a growing township with developments coming up in phases. Cahaya Alam is also surrounded by numerous private medical centre such as DEMC Specialist Hospital and Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital. For daily necessities, residents can visit Tesco Setia Alam , Mydin Bukit Jelutong, Giant, Jaya Grocer, Econsave and Tesco Extra Shah Alam as well as a host of convenience shop and minimarts nearby. There are plenty of food options near to Cahaya Alam from such as Bert’s , Cool Town, Hj Sharin Low Grand Restaurant, KFC Seksyen 7 and McDonalds, just to name a few. Within the township, there are a myriad of facilities for residents enjoyment. Amongst the facilities available to residents include children’s playground, 24 hours security, jogging tracks, mini mart, badminton hall and surau for male and female. In additional, there are pockets of landscaped gardens , linear parks scattered throughout the development and a central lake for relaxation . Camellia’s starting price is RM 358,000 which is still affordable for the middle working class Malaysians. Meanwhile, Frangipani and Magnolia are priced from RM 645,500 upwards.Lotus, Akasia and Dahlia are in the higher end with prices between RM 808,000 to 1,389,000. At present, the estimated selling price is from RM 550, 000 onwards.
