D7 @ Sentul East was completed in 2007 by YTL Land. The building is linked to its sister, D6 across the road via a link bridge. D7 @ Sentul East is in the best of location as Sentul is at the fringe of the city, 5km away from Petronas Town Towers and within short proximity from the Golden Triangle. Therefore, it is easily accessible via several city routes and highways including Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Raja Laut, DUKE, AKLEH, Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Sentul, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Pahang, Jalan Duta and via Sentul Link. The Sentul Commuter station is a short walk away while the LRT – Sentul Timur and Sentul stations are also not too far away. Buses and taxis are a plenty due to its strategic location. In addition, the Sentul police station is a short distance as well. As for schools nearby, there are Convent Sentul, La Salle KL, which is just down the road, Wesley Methodist International School and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Sentul, all within short walking distance from D7 @ Sentul East. As for medical emergencies, there is the Lourdes Medical Centre, KPJ Tawakal Medical Centre, KL General Hospital (HKL) and National Heart Institute (IJN) nearby while further along Jalan Tun Razak is Prince Court Medical Centre, around 6 kms away. Within close proximity too there is the Sentul UTC which houses some government agencies like Immigration for convenience of the people. There are several mini-mart and convenience shops for essentials such as Mynews, 7-11, KK Supermart and 99 Speedmart. Sentul wet market is also a short drive away where one can get the freshest produce, there is also a smaller market in the ground floor of UTC Sentul which has select produce available. For retail shopping however, the nearest mall is Sunway Putra a train stop away which features eateries, entertainment and retail shops. Other malls to consider include Quill City Mall, Setapak Central and Alpha Angle whilst The Linc, Suria KLCC, Avenue K, Ferenheit, Lot 10 and Bukit Bintang Shopping Mall are a short drive away through the horrendous jam. As for eateries, there are not short either with Three Little Birds café within D7 @ Sentul East itself. Nearby there is Tastebud, Restoran Sentul Banana Leaf, Eat X Dignity Café, Varridelicious, Bistro Richard,KFC, Restoran Lau Heong and a handful of others nearby. D7 @ Sentul East comprises 100 units in a 7-storey block which houses duplex sky offices, boutique offices combined with exclusive retails spaces on the ground floor. It has a built up of 870 to 1,500 sf. Some of their tenants include Shockwave, Virtuvo, MRX Industries, GDA Concepts, to name a few. In comparison to the many older poorly maintained offices in Sentul, D7 @ Sentul East is refreshing and very nicely maintain despite its age. Facilities include sky office and garden suites and wireless broadband ready. It designed with ample open spaces and flow of natural lighting. Facilities include 24 hours security, cafes and carpark.
