Armoni Terrace features double-story terrace houses with reinforced concrete frames and brick walls. The roof is made of metal with metal trusses, and the ceiling is finished with plaster and paint. The windows are aluminum-framed, and the doors are made of wood. The kitchen and bathroom walls are tiled up to 1500mm high, while other walls are plastered and painted. The floors in the living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, family area, and staircase are tiled, while the utility room and driveway are cemented. The front gate is made of iron grille, and the other fences are 1500mm high linked stone fences. Sanitary fittings include 3 showers, 1 squat toilet, 2 sitting toilets, 3 handwash basins, and 1 kitchen sink. Electrical fittings include 19 light points, 12 13-amp power points, 1 fan point, and 1 telephone point.
