TAMAN BALOK INDAH 3

Taman Balok Indah 3 is a new housing development located in Sungai Karang, Kuantan, Pahang. This development offers 18 units of single-storey terrace houses with a freehold tenure. The houses are built with a concrete frame structure and concrete roof tiles. The walls are finished with cement plaster/brick and the floors are tiled. The windows are sliding glass windows with aluminum frames, while the doors are a combination of sliding glass doors, flush plywood doors, PVC doors, and double-leaf hardwood doors with iron frames. The development is expected to be completed by July 2024.
