Taman Bukit Ria is a freehold land situated right along the Jalan 3/149e in Kajang, Selangor. This project was developed as a flat property. There were no new developed properties in this area and all the properties are only available in sub-sale or second-hand prices. Although Taman Bukit Ria is old, it can be considered as a mature neighborhood and is completed with all the basic amenities. It will be high density in this area as it was designed to cater wider range of income groups. This establishment is indeed built in a medium-density neighborhood however its strategic location of being situated in the middle of Kajang but it's also close to SILK highways. In terms of public transportation, there were KTM and MRT stations available in this area such as Kajang KTM Station and Kajang MRT Station. Besides that, buses and taxi and the nearest bus station can be found in the area. It was extremely convenient for residents or tenants who live here.
