The advent of Iskandar Development Region has made Johor Bahru an unlikely player in the real estate market. The residential boom has boosted the area property value along with the rise in investment opportunities from international parties within the area. The latest property to line the area is the leasehold serviced apartment Seasons Luxury Apartments by Teori Warisan Sdn Bhd. This will mark the first development by Teori Warisan having amassed a string of successes in constructions of high rise buildings, factories and office buildings as well as the manufacturing industry in pile manufacturing, precision machining and automotive parts. Determined to create a good first impression, the developers of Seasons Apartments have built a well thought out and sufficient home environment.
