The Serissa Terrace development project is a terraced house development project that is located in the district of Shah Alam in the state of Selangor. The development project is located along Jalan Elektron U16/65, 40150, Selangor and the tenure that is offered by the development project to its tenants is freehold. The Serissa Terrace was completed in the year of 2014 and the developer for this project is none other than Sime Darby Property Berhad.
