Taman Lestari Permai is a leasehold 1-storey terrace house located at Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Taman Lestari Putra comprises residential and commercial developments and This residential estate is developed by Lestari Puchong Sdn Bhd under Talam Corporation. It was initially scheduled to be completed by 2006, but due to the project being abandoned by the developer the completion date was delayed until 2010. Taman Lestari Permai is a family themed development with the prime target bring the family market. With that, the project comes with various facilities such as shopping marts, grocerey store, food places and cafes. This is a residential development which had its construction progress stalled due to some financial issues but was eventually completed in 2009. However, the developer of Taman Lestari Permai has a murky reputation where projecys have been abandoned and properties were poorly developed. Many have realised that purchasing a home or investing in property here is a risky choice to make. There were fresh concerns in 2014, where potential buyers would ask around before deciding on whther to buy or invest in Taman Lestari Permai. Taman Lestari Putra has the facilities and amenities located nearby, due to the recent nearby developments such as Equine Park, Bandar Kinrara and Puchong.
