USJ 20 is a freehold mixed residential development that located at Jalan USJ 20/1F, Subang Jaya, Selangor. Sime UEP Properties Berhad, which is a reputable developer, townships like Subang Jaya and Taman Pasir Putih in Pasir Gudang of Johor was part of their projects. One of their property developments is the USJ 20. Sime UEP Properties Berhad known as a subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad, which is a well-known Malaysian trading conglomerate. Some other on-going property developments which develop under Sime Darby Berhad, such as, Laman Lakeside, Serenia Arina, Kyra, Reesia and so much more. This neighborhood developments said to be a very worthy investment, since the price of the properties in this neighborhood have hiked with steadily over the years. USJ 20 provides a park where the residents are allowed to take a walk at the USJ 20 Park with beautiful sight. The park offers ample space for residents to carry out outdoor activities such as, jogging and exercise. In addition, the park is very suitable for residents with pet like dogs, as it is very convenient for them to walk their pets. There is a children playground for the apartment, where families can enjoy their leisure time together during the weekends. Unfortunately, at this moment, the landed property neighborhood does not offer a children play park with those equipment, like swings and slides. Also, this neighborhood is a gated and guarded community with CCTV surveillance, which allows the residents to have peaceful and quiet life. Thus, the residents are able to get to know each other with in this beautiful neighborhood. The best thing about USJ 20 is its location, which is very strategic and accessible. You can get around USJ 20 with public transport, for instance, bus, Grab, elevated bus rapid transit (BRT) and public light-rail transit (LRT) trains. The 19 USJ City Mall, Main Place Mall and One City located closed to USJ 20. Convenience stores like Pasaraya Grocery and JJ PharmaClean are within walking distance. Also, educational institutions including SK Dato’ Onn Jaafar, SK Seksyen 27(2) and SMK Seksyen 27 are a short drive away. This area is easily accessible by bus. Not to mention, the distance between USJ 20 to Mid Valley is roughly 8.9km via Persiaran Kewajipan and it only takes 18 minutes. Quick note, the distance between this neighborhood with Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid is actually the same, when you took the Persiaran Kewajipan route. On the other hand, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is just 38km away from USJ 20, which requires half an hour by car. Hence, USJ 20 is located strategically as if it is the mid-point for every destination. USJ 20 comprises of apartment and 2-storey terraced house. Both have four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very spacious front yard that allows you to park two cars. People with green fingers with be pleased to have this unit, because one can have some plants or herbs on the side of the gate. For now, there are three units for sale on USJ 20, which only consists of an apartment and two double-stories terrace houses. Most of the properties are well maintained, not much touch-up required, as it is built by the year of 2000.
