Abadi Heights is a leasehold mixed-type development located in Jalan Pulau Meranti, Kampung Pulau Meranti, Puchong, Selangor. Abadi Man Nien Sdn Bhd was responsible in developing this prestigious project. Other than landed residential properties, the developer has developed apartments, condominiums and shop offices. To date, the developer has launched 6 of those 10 parcels. The Veria parcel are 3-storey super flex terraced houses which has a land size of 22’x80’ for each unit with built-ups from 4,065 sqft onwards, totalling 65 units with attached bathroom for all of its bedrooms. Cyria comprises 18 3-storey semi-detached homes with built-ups from 4,005 sqft onwards and 35’x80’ land size. Adoria has 118 units of double-storey terraced homes with a built up of 2,040 sqft on 20’x65’ land and each unit has 4+1 bedrooms. Averia has 154 units of two-and-a-half storey terraced homes with dimensions of 20’x65’ and a built-up of 2,590 sqft. The Averia homes all have 5+1 bedrooms. The homes at Solaria are 2-storey terraced houses that has dimensions of 20’x70’ with built-ups ranging from 2,235 sqft and also comes with attached bathrooms for all bedrooms. Feria is a 7-storey apartment development under the Rumah Selangorku project consisting of 255 units spread across 2 blocks and have built-ups from 750 sqft onwards.

Abadi Heights was completed in the year 2015. When it was launched, the properties were priced from RM599,000 onwards.
