Admiral Park is a freehold bungalow house and semi-detached house located along Jalan SL 15/3 in Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor. As mentioned earlier on, Admiral Park was developed by SHL Consolidated Berhad and the project was completed in 2006. The Ad selling price was somewhere between RM 1,340,000 to RM 2,200,000. With land area 5060 ft² and built up 3588 ft², the selling price is about RM 1,800,000. The project is well received by homeowners and investors considering most of the units were sold out with a few units left since the launch.
