AMAN CITIES FASA 3 is a housing development project by FABULOUS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD. There are three types of houses offered: Type A, Type C, and Type D. Type A is a single-storey terrace house with a land size of 22' x 70'. Type C is a single-storey terrace house with a land size of 22' x 75'. Type D is a single-storey terrace house with a land size of 22' x 65'. The houses are built with a reinforced concrete frame structure, brick walls, and a concrete tiled roof. The interior of the house features asbestos-free ceilings in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The windows are all aluminum-framed glass windows. The living room has an aluminum-framed sliding glass door, while the bedrooms have wooden doors. The bathroom has a PVC door, and the kitchen has an iron door. The kitchen and bathroom walls are finished with ceramic tiles. The floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are finished with ceramic tiles, while the car porch and terrace are finished with cement plaster. The house also includes two basins, one kitchen sink, two showers, two toilets, and three faucets. The electrical installation includes light points, 13A socket outlets, five fan points, one television point, and one air conditioner point. There is also one telephone point. The front boundary of the house is a brick wall.
