Bandar Bestari is a township located within the Central Business District of Klang, Selangor. The 448-acre township of Bandar Bestari comprises of an array of property types including semi-dees, semi-dee links, semi-dee villas in Canary Garden. Another project within Bandar Bestari is Maple Residences, an intergrated commercial development comprising of the KSL Esplanade Mall and 3 blocks of residential units. The homes at Canary Garden come in 8 variants with its own unique names, among them are The Bluet, The Fraise, Tulipe, Pervenche, Alisier, Clermont, Argentine and Ridgewood’s. Ridgewood Residences showcase resort style semi-dee and semi-dee link 2-storey homes. The 2-storey semi-dee homes have a built-up area of 3,306.24 sqft with 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The 2-storey semi-dee link homes on the other hand have a built up area of 2,771 sqft with the same amount of bed and bathrooms. Bandar Bestari Launching Details

Bandar Bestari was completed in 2014. The homes at Canary Garden was priced from RM512,380 at its launch and there was also a special launch package given including free legal fees for SPA, the Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) with zero interest during construction, as well as an early bird discount of RM20,000. The maintenance fee and sinking fund was waived until 2016. The project is well received by homeowners and investors as the Alisier homes are completely sold out and the Pervenche homes only have limited units for sale.
