KITA Mesra is a collection of leasehold landed homes in KITA @ Cybersouth, an up-and-coming township in Dengkil, Selangor. It holds a Malay Reserved title and features three types of properties – single-storey terrace homes, double-storey terrace homes, and townhouses.

KITA Mesra is equipped with over 20 facilities split between opposite corners of the neighbourhood. The northern corner houses a children’s playground, barbecue area, and reflexology garden.

Over on the southern corner, residents will find a community hall, multipurpose court, and Sepak Takraw court among others. Some facilities such as jogging / cycling paths have been equipped in both corners.

Schools/Colleges/Education Institute

Local schools nearby include SK Dengkil (7.1km) and SMK Dengkil (6.9km), while international schools include Brainy Bunch International School, located about 7km away.

Recreation & Leisure Options

This project’s prime location in serene Dengkil places it within close proximity to parks and lakes galore. The gazetted wetlands of the Paya Indah Park houses a hippopotamus sanctuary, crocodile lake, and more – while the European-inspired Taman Saujana Hijau is about 15km away.

Site Plan

The integrated township of KITA @ Cybersouth lies on 633 acres of Malay Reserved Land. Upon its completion, it will comprise apartments, commercial hubs, and a varied mix of landed homes from terrace houses to townhouses.

The KITA Mesra site plan is laid out such that the townhouses are located nearest to the guardhouse and main entryway. These are followed by the single-storey terrace homes in the middle, while the double-storey terrace homes are lined up towards the back of the site.

Floor Plan

The townhouses offer slightly different layouts depending on the level of the unit. The lower floor spans 1,346 sq ft and features a small side garden. The upper floor is slightly larger at 1,483 sq ft and enjoys the addition of a balcony and extra utility space.
