Located on the prime and exclusive land of Kuala Lumpur City Centre at the intersection of Jalan P Ramlee and Jalan Pinang, the development was completed in 2011 and features the city’s modern infrastructure. The proportions of the lot resulted in a narrow building footprint with an aspect ratio of 4 to 1. The entrance was placed at the longer side of the building and further denoted by advertisement billboards on the podium to achieve a wider frontage. Menara Prestige’s façade comprises 2 volumes; a slim volume is partially enveloped by a larger volume. The lines of the said envelope were carefully modulated in a steep hyperbole.Designed to comply to MSC Status building requirements, the development of 550,000 sqft comprises 30 storeys office floors, two retail and three sky restaurant floors which includes an open-air rooftop restaurant and sky garden along with four levels each of elevated and basement car parks with over 800 parking bays.
