Menara TM

Menara TM is a freehold office building located along Jalan Pantai Baharu in KL City, Kuala Lumpur. Menara TM was developed by Telekom Research & Development Sdn Bhd and successfully completed in 2001.

Menara TM stands 55 stories tall and serves as the headquarters for TM Group, Malaysia’s leading integrated telecommunications company. The building holds MSC status, a symbol of international-class service awarded by the Malaysian government.

Menara TM was completed in 2001 by Telekom Research & Development Sdn Bhd and officially launched in 2003 by Malaysia Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahatir Mohamad. Units at Menara TM currently have an estimated rental price range of RM 4,700 to RM 62,000 per month, with a rental rate between approximately RM 4.80 to RM 6.10 psf.

Various corporate offices and other commercial projects are located in the immediate vicinity, including Wisma CIMB, Wisma Goshen, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad Headquarters. The area is a highly active area with a mix of businesses, educational institutions and residences.
