Pinggiran Putra 4 is a development of 30 single-storey terrace houses located on Lot 3178 (GM9986) in Kempadang, Jalan Kempadang-Soi, Kuantan, Pahang. The houses have a land area ranging from 136m² to 313m². The main structural frame is reinforced concrete. The roof uses concrete tiles on a wooden or mild steel frame. The ceiling is plaster, and the walls are clay bricks and cement plaster or sand cement bricks and cement plaster. The kitchen and bathroom walls are tiled up to a height of 1600mm.
