Taman Melor Jaya offers double-storey terrace houses. Type A has a land area of 22' x 70'. Type B has a similar land area. The houses come with reinforced concrete frames, brick/cement block walls plastered with cement up to the ceiling, metal/reinforced concrete roofs, and aluminum window frames with glass. Type A features ceramic/porcelain flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, staircase, porch, bedrooms, and bathrooms, while Type B has similar flooring but with tiled walls up to a certain height in the kitchen and bathrooms.
