Taman Nusa Indah was completed in 2010 and developed by public-listed developer, Country View Berhad. Among the communal facilities available here include landscaped garden, vast open fields, car park and children’s playground.

As a mixed development, Taman Nusa Indah comprises 2-storey terrace houses which has several types, and 2-storey shop-office units. As mentioned, there are several types of terrace houses at Taman Nusa Indah, namely Opus 1 to 3, Kiara 1 to 3 and Tropicana. Opus 1 to 3 are spacious homes with built up ranging from 1,654sf to 1,924 sf, all of which sits on a 22’X70’ plot of land. Meanwhile, the Kiara series home comes with a built up of 1,878 sf sitting on a 22’x75’ and 22’x70’ land, respectively.
