280 Park Homes is located in Taman Puchong Prima, an area developed by Mitrajaya Group. It is primarily a residential area that is close to a vast lake, Tasik Prima. The vicinity is peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main commercial areas of Puchong. The surrounding areas of 280 Park Homes is currently not heavily developed. As such, there are still pockets of untouched greenery in the vicinity.
The commercial districts of Bandar Puteri and Bandar Puchong Jaya are 7km and 10km away respectively, while exits to the highways such as the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) will require passing through the neighbouring housing areas. Nevertheless, residents are able to get basic necessities and have access to some public amenities at the local commercial area in Taman Puchong Prima and neighbouring areas which are a short drive away.
Developing townships such as Putra Heights and Bandar Saujana Putra are within a small radius as well. However, due to the lack of road access currently, getting to these locations will require a fairly long detour.
For public transportation, the Puchong Prima LRT Station on the Sri Petaling line is less than 2km from 280 Park Homes. This station is one stop away from the Putra Heights station, which is the interchange station for the Kelana Jaya line that heads towards USJ, Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), all the way to Gombak. In the opposite direction, the Sri Petaling Line covers multiple stops in the Puchong area such as Bandar Puteri, Pusat Bandar Puchong and IOI Puchong Jaya.
