3Towers offers tenants the flexibility to customise the lofty vertical space according to their needs. Plus, tenants will have the choice of KLCC view or Ampang view. However, do note that this property comes with a commercial title.
According to groups in forums, there were delays in the handing over of keys, although it was still within the 4 years from SPA date. Some opine that while the building seemed ready, it could be due to the developer carrying out QC works to ensure a product that is satisfactory.
The sale price of a 691 sq ft unit listed on PropertyGuru in March 2021 is from RM750,000 to RM800,000. On the other hand, rent is about RM1,600. Here’s its gross rental yield:

Summary
Jalan Ampang is one of Kuala Lumpur’s earliest roads, leading from the tin mining village of Ampang to the heart of the city along the Ampang River. The old Ampang Road used to house the Selangor Turf Club (which where the Petronas Twin Towers stands) and the Griffin Inn (an old colonial bar and night-club).
