Seasons Garden sits on 6 acres of leasehold land in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. The RM800 million development consists of Seasons Garden Residences and Seasons Garden Shops.
Developed by SCP Group Bhd, Seasons Garden Residences was launched in 2014, and it achieved an 85% take-up within a short period of 3 months for its first two serviced apartment blocks, Blocks A and B. The Blocks C and D that were launched later that year saw a 50% take-up.
The developer believed that the strong response is driven largely by the ‘home’ concept and the affordable prices.
Among the facilities in Seasons Garden Residences are a swimming pool, a wading pool, two gymnasiums, a yoga deck and a children’s play area. There is 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance that also covers the basement car park area.
As for Seasons Garden Shops, which comprises 40 shop units, they were fully sold after its launch in May 2014. The 40 shop units are located on the ground floor and will provide daily conveniences for the residents.
The Seasons Garden project is surrounded by amenities such as Wangsa Walk Mall, AEON Alpha Angle, medical centres, and commercial business centres.

Seasons Garden Residences comprises 4 blocks, with a total of 1,502 units. Each block has its own car park in the basement, and each unit is assigned a parking bay.
The number of units for each block are as follows:

The units have built-ups from 770 sq ft to 900 sq ft. There are 4 layouts for the residential units, and all units come with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The list of facilities at Seasons Garden Residences is rather long. The project has 2 swimming pools, 2 children’s pools, pool deck, gymnasium, games room, surau, utilities room, reading room, gazebo, yoga deck, multi-purpose hall, boardwalk, children’s playground, aerobics room, floating deck, spa room, barbeque pit, picnic zone, recreational pond, stepping stone, foot path, jogging track, fitness station, terrace seating, viewing deck, and foot reflexology.
That’s not even the full list! As for security, it comes with 24-hour security services, with the aid of surveillance cameras.
This apartment was developed by SCP Group, a company that is one of the leaders in parking-bay management.
Thus, one of the unique features of the residential building is the multi-level basement car park which was constructed to give residents easy access into the building, where each basement level has its own entry and exit.
During its launch, the developer offered free SPA and loan agreement (legal fees and disbursement fee), free maintenance fee for a year, and a low booking fee of RM1,000.

Location
Seasons Garden Residences is a leasehold service apartment located at Jalan 26/26, off Jalan 34/26, Seksyen 10 in Wangsa Maju. It is in the quieter area of Section 10, and located in between Sapura Secured Technologies (SST) and medium-cost apartments.
Seasons Garden is accessible via major highways such as the Duta–Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
Residents can get to Mont Kiara and Petaling Jaya via DUKE, and to the Kuala Lumpur city centre in about 20 minutes via AKLEH.
It is about 7.1km from Avenue K. Motorists have access to Jalan Setiawangsa, but the traffic on this road can be very heavy during rush hours.
As for public transport, there is a frequent Rapid KL bus service to Sri Rampai LRT station (about 2km away) and the KL city centre.
To manage the traffic flow approaching Seasons Garden, the developer has built dedicated access to each car park level. As a security measure, each level has its own boom gate and access card system.

Seasons Garden offers great connectivity, convenience, and an urban park lifestyle in a mature location. This assures demand, but it is a high-density development with 1,502 units.
At any one time, residents wishing to sell or rent their units would have to compete with a higher number of sellers or landlords/landladies respectively.
With its price point, Seasons Garden Residences is likely to attract more young families and first-time home buyers. An 850 sq ft unit listed for sale on PropertyGuru in January 2021 is from RM465,000 t0 RM520,000. For rent, it is listed from RM1,400 to RM1,800 per month. For units purchased at RM480,000, and rented out at RM1,500 per month, the gross rental yield would be 3.75% per annum.
As the development is near the busy Sri Rampai area, traffic jams are a norm. With a little patience, motorists would soon get to nearby highways which can take them to Ampang, KLCC, Petaling Jaya, Mont Kiara or Sri Hartamas. The nearest LRT station is 2km, which is not an ideal walking distance. However, the Rapid KL buses ply the area frequently.
