Tropez Residences was expected to fill the market niche for luxury condominiums in the Iskandar Malaysia region. Units were priced between RM400,000 and RM1.2 million, during its 2-day launch and purchasers benefitted from discounts and rebates. Tower A was launched at the end of 2011, and Tower B was launched in Q1 of 2012.

The developer was confident that Tropez Residences will do well as its location on the bay has excellent infrastructure, making it ideal for own stay or as an investment. This RM8.3 billion integrated bayfront project spans 37 acres (15 hectares). In total, there will be three towers; Tower A (38-storey), Tower B (39-storey), and Tower C (29-storey).
